We endeavour to reach out to those who provide feedback in a timely manner. When we respond we might request further information, acknowledge your feedback, and try to resolve a concern if one has occurred. If Members or their representative feel the response provided in the feedback process is unsatisfactory, they can call and speak to the Member’s Care Manager. The Care Manager’s details will be listed in the Member’s Service Agreement
